Crunchberry is an indica-dominant hybrid cross between Triple OG x Blueberry. Triple OG is a 3-way cross  between Triangle Kush x Constantine x Master Yoda. Blueberry is a cross between Afghani x Thai. And this strain is both strong and tasty. I instantly got the taste of some type of berry. But before I could determine which one, that hard hitting cannabis hug enveloped me.

The top terpenes in this strain are Myrcene, Caryophyllene, and Pinene. Patients report relief from chronic pain, stress, anxiety, insomnia, and appetite loss. And I can definitely attest to all of these. This strain is powerful. And currently, the old “couch lock” is upon me. Accompanied by some hard-core munchies. Light the charcoal. Sprinkle the sage. Let the smoke rise like it’s clocking in for its shift. Today we’re calling in the spirit of Gushers. It’s the strain that tastes like somebody melted a bag of fruit snacks on the dashboard of a ’98 Corolla and somehow made it holy.

Gushers is a 60/40 indica-hybrid. Not the kind that can’t make up its mind. This one knows exactly who it is. It’s a laid‑back, fruit‑forward, body‑melting hybrid. And walks into the room wearing Crocs and still pulls focus. This strain is a cross between Gelato #41 × Triangle Kush. Gelato #41 is a cross between Sunset Sherbet × Thin Mint GSC. And Triangle Kush is a cross between Emerald Triangle OG × Hindu Kush. Gushers tastes like fruit snacks, sweet berry syrup, tropical candy, and a whisper of earthy kush on the exhale. It’s the strain equivalent of someone handing you a Capri Sun and saying, “You look like you need this.”

The terpene profile is Caryophyllene, Limonene, and Linalool. Together they create a vibe that’s equal parts candy aisle and meditation pillow. Patients reach for this strain to help with chronic stress, anxiety, mild to moderate pain, mood swings, appetite support, and end‑of‑day decompression. Instantly this strain makes an impact. Some strains might be slow to take effect, but this one doesn’t. Let’s look at the genetics. Zookies is a 50/50 hybrid cross between Animal Cookies x Gorilla Glue #4. Animal cookies is a cross of Girl Scout Cookies x Fire OG. Gorilla Glue #4 is a cross between Chem’s Sister x Sour Dubb x Chocolate Diesel.

This strain is loaded with terpenes such as Caryophyllene, Limonene, Myrcene, Linalool and Humulene. The medical benefits include relief from insomnia, chronic pain, depression, muscle spasms, cramps, nausea, and appetite loss. This strain lives up to it’s reputation as an overall great strain. The indica side of this strain is very potent. However, there’s enough sativa to still be able to be productive. But use in moderation as “couch lock” is possible and happening as I write. Because I have a lot of information to cover. And the people in the Pride community who are in throughly relationships, this one’s for you. The name of the strain is Triple Scoop.

Triple Scoop is a 60/40 indica-dominant hybrid strain. It’s lineage is a three way cross between Super Silver Haze x Grape LA x Sorbet. Super Silver Haze is a 3-way cross between Skunk x Northern Lights x Haze. Talk about grassroots genetics. Grape La is a cross between Grapefruit x LA Confidential. Sorbet strains are a cross of 4 sativa strains that are Mexican, Colombian, Thai, and South Indian strains that are not identified. There is also another version that has more of the indica effects are a cross between Gelato #33 x 2 Scoops. From the rip you get the strong taste of fruit. The actual flavor profile is a sweet and creamy vanilla combined with fresh berries and citrus fruit. But I felt like I was full face down in a fruit bowl.

The top terpenes are B-Myrcene, B-Caryophyllene, and Linalool. Patients report relief from stress, anxiety, depression, minor aches and pains, inflammation, nausea, appetite loss, fatigue, and mood swings. The effects are very relaxing. Plum Crazy is an 80/20 indica-dominant hybrid that is a cross between Original Blueberry x Purple Afghani. Original Blueberry is a cross between Afghani x Thai. And Purple Afghani is a cross between Afghani x Purple Kush. This strain has a very distinct blueberry taste. That also has the capability to mellow you out.

Top terpenes in this strain are B-Myrcene, B-Caryophyllene, and Limonene. Patients report relief from conditions like PTSD, insomnia, chronic fatigue, appetite loss, and nausea. Despite it’s indica dominance, it’s not crazy strong. But I would still use it in moderation. For me, any strain that has  Blueberry genetics works great on PTSD for me. I like it a little stronger, but this one is still very good medicine. This is a nice relaxing strain that’s perfect right before bedtime. Mango Haze is s cross between Skunk x Northern Lights #5 x Haze. This strain is said to have a predominant mango flavor. I, however, taste the mint as the dominant flavor.

Top terpenes in this strain are B-Myrcene, Guaiol, and Eucalyptol. Guaiol is a terpene that’s responsible for anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anxiolytic effects. Typically, it’s used as a medicine that treats arthritis and gout. Eucalyptol is a terpene that is also used as an anti-inflammatory and respiratory support. 

Patients report relief from stress, depression, mood swings, appetite loss, and nausea. Even though this strain is considered very indica-dominant, this is a strain that I can use during the day. Skywalker OG is a potent indica-dominant hybrid strain. It is a cross between Skywalker x OG Kush. It’s a cross between Blueberry x Mazar-I-Sharif. OG Kush is a cross between Chemdawg x Lemon Thai x Hindu Kush. All of these strains are amazing while standing alone. This is definitely a strain that I see as one of my all-time top cannabis strains. This strain has won two High Times Cannabis Cup awards.

Top terpenes are Myrcene, Limonene, and Caryophyllene. Medical patients report relief from such conditions as chronic pain, insomnia and other sleep disorders, stress, anxiety, mood, and appetite stimulation. I also want to say that this strain is good for PTSD. This one will put you to sleep and helps a lot from chronic pain. If you need a strong strain to help suppress uncomfortable symptoms, this strain is for you. I smoke this as a vape cart. We know that the tastes are different based on it being a solvent  being use to make it. However, I can definitely taste the citrus and pine flavorings. But first make your nest and get comfortable. OG Kush is an 80/20 indica-dominant hybrid strain. It’s a cross between Chemdawg x Lemon Thai x Hindu Kush. Chemdawg is believed to be from Thai and Nepalese landrace strains. However, the exact lineage is unknown. And it’s also said to originate from bag seed found at a  Grateful Dead concert in the 90s. Lemon Thai is a cross between a classic Thai landrace strain. And it’s crossed by Dutch Flowers x Hawaiian sativa. Hindu Kush is a landrace strain from the Hindu mountain range. This strains origins start in Florida. The “OG” is sometimes called “Original Gangster, “ “Ocean Grown” or “Original Grower.” And it’s known to be a foundational strain. Matt “Bubba” Berger cultivated the strain from an accidental cross involving Lemon Thai x Chemdawg. Berger then brought the genetics to Los Angeles in 1996. Josh Del Rosso refined its cultivation and distribution thereby solidifying its legendary status.

Tangerine Dream is a sativa-dominant hybrid that is a cross between G13 x Afghani x Neville’s A5 Haze. G13 exact parent strains are unknown. But we do know that it’s a 70/30 indica-dominant. Afghani is a landrace strain that is a pure indica. Haze is a blend of four landrace strain that are Mexican, Colombian, South Indian, and Thai stative strains.

Top terpenes in this strain are Myrcene, Caryophyllene, and Limonene. Patients report relief from arthritis, chronic pain, depression, fatigue, headaches, inflammation, insomnia, loss of appetite, migraines, and stress. The taste is definitely a sweet and fruity flavor. As with any sativa-dominant strain be aware that if you have a problem with anxiety, it can increase an already miserable anxiety situation. I have a lot of anxiety, and I always take it easy with these kinds of strains until I know how it will affect me. This strain isn’t as potent as Green Crack.
